Description: A Transitions-based Skatepark

Sauchie Skatepark, located on the playing fields, is an all-concrete park primarily designed for transitions-based skating. The park features several obstacles that cater to the different skill levels of skaters, making it an excellent spot for beginners and experienced skaters alike.

The skatepark starts with an open-sided bowl that doubles as a mini-ramp on one side. The backside of the bowl is spined with another quarter pipe that starts the main body of the course. On either side of the spine are roll-overs, followed by a flat bank with a rail on the top platform.

One of the unique features of Sauchie skatepark is an unusual obstacle that takes the form of a driveway with three different-shaped hubbas. This obstacle includes a pointed, flat-topped, and round-topped hubba, adjoined to the side of which is a whippy quarter pipe. The course is then wrapped up with a long roll-in that acts as a return ramp.
