Last week, my friends and I went to Meltham Skatepark, and it was an awesome experience! This park, opened in 2013 and designed by Wheelscape, is located in the recreation ground and features both street and transitions.

The skatepark has a great layout that starts with a flat bank and a quarter pipe that leads up to a lower level with a stair set, manny pad, and rail. Then, we found a large bowled section with an up and down kicker with rail and hubba leading into it, as well as a spine and roll over. It was impressive to see how the bowled area has a speed corner and some hips and corners to pump around as well.
