My Experience

Measham Skatepark: A Haven for Skaters

Last week, I went to Measham Skatepark with some of my mates, and I have to say, it was an absolute blast. The park boasts a double bowl and plaza, both made of concrete and built by Maverick, and it has been open since September 2015.

First things first, the park is situated in a great location, making it easy to find. We didn’t have any trouble locating it, and we were there in no time. As soon as we arrived, we could see that the park was busy with people of all ages and skill levels. It was great to see such an inclusive atmosphere.

The double bowl is definitely the highlight of the park. It’s perfect for skaters who want to practice their transitions and airs. We spent most of our time here, trying out different tricks and challenging each other to do better. The bowl has a smooth surface, which makes it easy to ride, and it’s big enough to accommodate a decent number of skaters.

The plaza is another great feature of the park. It’s perfect for street skaters who want to practice their grinds and slides. The obstacles are well-designed and provide a good challenge for skaters of all levels. We saw some really impressive tricks being done in the plaza, and it was great to watch.

One thing that stood out to us was the condition of the park. Despite being open for a few years now, the park is still in great shape. The concrete is smooth and free from cracks, and the obstacles are well-maintained. It’s clear that the park is well-loved and looked after.

Overall, I would highly recommend Measham Skatepark to anyone who loves to skate. The park offers something for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a pro. We had a great time there, and we’ll definitely be back soon. It’s a must-visit if you’re a skater in the area.
