My Experience

Last week, I visited Helston’s Coronation Park Skatepark with my amazing friends, and I must say, it was a blast! The skatepark is made up of metal ramps on a tarmac base which makes it perfect for skateboarders who love a smooth ride. The park is designed in such a way that it caters to both beginners and advanced skaters. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the mini ramp located on one side of the park. It was perfect for those who were just starting out and wanted to practice their basic moves.

The other side of the park had flat banks, quarter pipes and driveways arranged in a back and forth layout. This was the perfect spot for advanced skaters to show off their skills, and boy did we see some amazing moves! I was impressed by the park’s size, which is not too big or too small. It was just the right size for everyone to enjoy without feeling overcrowded.

One thing that stood out to me was the park’s level of maintenance. The ramps were in excellent condition, and there were no cracks or bumps on the tarmac base, making it the perfect spot for us to practice our moves. Another fantastic feature of the park was the lighting. It was bright enough to skate at night, which extended our skate session.
