My Experience

My Experience at Appleton Whiske Skatepark with my Pals

Last week, me and my pals decided to check out Appleton Whiske Skatepark, and boy was it a blast!

The all concrete skatepark is laid out in a back and forth configuration, which made it super easy to navigate and switch up our tricks. We started off at the full width quart ramp at one end, which was steep but had a smooth landing. It was perfect for practicing our ollies and kickflips.

The full width bank at the other end was a bit more challenging, but we managed to pull off some sick grinds and slides. The rail and funbox situated in the middle were definitely the highlight of the park. The rail was sturdy and high enough to make it exciting, while the funbox had just the right amount of obstacles to keep us on our toes.

What I loved most about the park was the overall vibe. There were skaters of all levels and ages, but everyone was friendly and supportive. It was refreshing to see people cheering each other on and giving tips on how to improve.

The park also had a decent amount of shade, which was really helpful since it was a hot day. We took breaks in between sessions to rehydrate and rest in the shade. There were also a few benches and tables scattered around, which was convenient.

Overall, Appleton Whiske Skatepark was a great experience. It had everything we needed for a fun day of skating with our pals. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this park has something for everyone. **I highly recommend it!**
