My Experience

Last week, me and my best friends hit up the Ammanford skatepark and boy was it a blast! The park is made up of metal ramps that sit on top of a tarmac base, which gives it a pretty slick look. I have to say that the back and forth run with the quarter pipe and flat bank on either side of the funbox was definitely the highlight for me.

The ramps were smooth and fast, which made it easy to pick up some serious speed. We all had a great time challenging each other to see who could do the most tricks and get the most air. The park is a decent size, so there was plenty of room for everyone to skate without getting in each other’s way.

One thing I will say though is that the park is definitely more geared towards intermediate and advanced skaters. For beginners, some of the ramps might be a bit intimidating, especially the quarter pipe, which can be pretty steep. But if you’re up for a challenge, then it’s definitely worth giving it a go!

Overall, I had a super fun time at the Ammanford skatepark with my homies. The ramps were awesome and the atmosphere was chill. I can’t wait to go back again and push my limits even further. If you’re into skating and looking for a sick park to hit up, then I’d definitely recommend giving this place a shot. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
